Nothing is shipped. There is no physical product, no courier and no delivery address — the assessment happens in your browser and the report is delivered to the same account you bought it with. This page exists because payment providers ask for a shipping policy, and the honest version of ours is this one.
What you receive, and when
- Access, immediately. The moment your payment succeeds, your account is enrolled and the first assessment is available. There is nothing to wait for and nothing to book.
- Your assessments, over about six days. Days open one at a time, roughly twenty minutes each. The spacing is deliberate rather than a delivery delay — answers given tired are worse answers — and you can open the next day early if you want to.
- Your report, within seconds of finishing. It is generated from your own results as soon as the last assessment is scored. No manual step, no queue, no waiting for office hours.
- A PDF, at the same time. Rendered in the background when the report is generated, so pressing Download does not make you wait for it.
- A receipt, by email. Sent when the payment lands, to the address on your account.
Where it is delivered
To your account at career.lilacminds.com. Sign in and everything is there — your results as cards, the full report, and the PDF. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian also receives their own private link to the same report by email.
Anywhere in the world
Because nothing ships, there is no delivery area and no delivery charge. The assessment is written for the Indian education and employment system, so that is who it is most useful to, but it is available wherever you can reach the site.
If something does not arrive
If your report does not appear after your last assessment, or a receipt or guardian email never lands, write to hello@lilacminds.com. We can see from our side whether it was generated and whether the email was sent, so you do not have to investigate it yourself. If it cannot be delivered, the refunds policy applies.
